Refugio Aku didn’t start out with a precise plan, and maybe that’s exactly what makes it special. At Palacios 405, two blocks from the centre of Bariloche, it’s much more than a place to sleep: it’s a pause.
A pause to switch off from the noise and reconnect with yourself, with other people and with nature. A place where time slows down, calm feels at home and friendships just happen.
